SEB Global Property Fund’s unit value will drop by EUR 7.89 on the 24 January 2017 publication date, falling from EUR 473.48 to EUR 465.59. The change is due to the regular reappraisal of a property in the Netherlands. The appraisal value of the Diemen building fell by approximately 8.2% overall after the appraiser increased the discount rate in order to account in particular for the difficult market environment, as well as reflecting the ongoing vacancies in the property in a lower sustainable rent.
