Information on the complaints procedure for investors in Savills Fund Management GmbH funds

Feedback is important to us and we take your suggestions and comments seriously. Complaints give us the opportunity to make contact with you directly, so please do not hesitate to contact Savills Fund Management GmbH if you are ever dissatisfied with a product.

The complaints procedure is free of charge – you only pay any costs related to sending the complaint to us. The complaints we receive are logged centrally and dealt with as quickly as possible. If it is not possible to deal with a complaint straight away, you will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt, which will also provide contact details.

We will endeavour to find straightforward solutions that meet your personal requirements and improve the quality of our products and services.

Complaints, comments and suggestions are handled in German. In the event of disputes relating to the requirements of the Investmentgesetz (InvG – German Investment Act), consumers may contact the Bundesverband des Investment und Asset Management e.V. (BVI – the German Association of Investment Companies), Unter den Linden 42, 10117 Berlin.
